Ryan Greening of Bennington Green was appointed by a major UK airport operator as a quantum expert in a contentious matter whereby the Contractor had served a large claim on a complex large value project in regards to a number of change events and it included considerable sums for disruption and prolongation.

Avon castle

Avon Castle is a late 19th century stone castle located in Ringwood, Hampshire. The grand castle, with medieval design influences, had been previously divided into ten generous flats. The managing agent of the block appointed Bennington Green to complete valuation for the rebuild of Avon Castle, for insurance purposes.

Padstow Lifeboat Station

Padstow Lifeboat Station is a bespoke lifeboat station occupying a site at Trevose Head on the Beach at Padstow, Cornwall. The building owners, the RNLI, instructed Bennington Green to complete a valuation for the rebuild of the Station, for insurance purposes.

South central

South Central is located in central London, the mixed-use development features both high residential blocks, smaller two to four storey Victorian residential and commercial properties. Building 2 is an 11 storey block of residential apartments on all floors with the maximum height of the building approx. 35m above ground level. The original cladding comprised a combination of painted insulated render cladding at high levels and brick cavity wall construction at ground level, the insulated render system was assessed as non-compliant with current fire performance legislation and needed to be replaced.

The zone

The Zone consists of five separate residential apartment blocks in the centre of Bristol, constructed using both traditional methods of a concrete structure and a timber frame structure. All the buildings in the development were deemed as high risk due to the external facades, which consisted of an insulated render system, brickwork, timber cladding, timber balconies, copper cladding and spandrel panels which needed replacing without impacting the original aesthetic of the design.

Altitude

The Altitude development consists of two residential blocks, with a commercial unit at the ground floor, located on a primary road linking Bournemouth and Poole. The external facades were made up of render, zinc cladding and timber decked balconies, which needed replacing due to fire safety concerns. The remedial project work was funded by the Building Safety Fund.

The avenue

The Avenue is a retail development in the heart of Bournemouth, the property was last renovated in the late 1980’s and new owners wanted to completely transform the building, to create an exciting retail led destinations with an extensive refurbishment, modernisation and upgrade of the existing property.

The lodge

The Lodge is a Grade II Listed building, which had fallen into a poor condition. VenaSpace purchased the property to sympathetically renovate the building, to create a flexible commercial office space which maintained the original historic features and the buildings original, whilst offering a modern, bright and fun environment.

Citrus building

The Citrus Building is a modern mixed-use development build in Bournemouth, constructed around 2020, it scheme is an architecturally imaginative building containing 64 flats and a commercial ground floor unit which is currently utilised for a restaurant/bars.

Baring road

Bennington Green was appointed to undertake the original planning application for this domestic home, to create a new rear ground floor single storey and first floor extension to improve the layout and size and allow the clients growing family space. Following the planning approval the client requested us to undertake additional design and planning to improve the home further.
