Nigel was great and called us back the very same day, even though he had finished work for the day. He came to visit us the very next day after we called to do a free assessment visit. The next day he sent a highly detailed fee proposal which he clearly spent a lot of time compiling. All of which he did not ask for a single penny. A very well qualified person who cares about his clients.

Bennington Green assisted me to resolve a very complicated planning, party wall and boundary dispute with my neighbour during their extensive construction work. The fact that they could give legal advice, building planning/legislation advice and property surveying with one closely knit and highly qualified integrated team was invaluable and I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We asked for a level 3 survey as suggested by the layer when we were buying our first property.. Jack did the survey and found lots of work that needed to be done, and estimated about 30K worth of work to do.. I then presented the survey to the seller and he agreed to drop the price by 12K!! Well worth the investment for the survey!! Thank you guys!

When we were planning new roof for our property we both had no idea how out of our depth we were. Speaking to friends asking them for help for your organisation came highly recommended. Bennington Green (BG) were initially engaged to conduct a roof survey for the apartment block. The survey concluded that the flat roof had reached the end of its serviceable life and needed replacement; it further included that some itemised repairs to the pitched roof were required. BG were then engaged to prepare a specification, recommend potential suppliers and run a comprehensive tendering process. On completion of this process and selection of a roofing contractor BG acted as project manager/administrator for the project. Jordan Bull was our primary BG contact throughout the process and was excellent in every respect. His knowledge, attention to detail, communication skills and professionalism were always evident and he ensured that the roofing contractor met its obligations throughout the project.

Bennington Green are very professional. They are great communicators and explain everything to you. We use them for a range of services from Reinstatement cost assessments to project managing ‘major works’ including external redecorations and replacement balcony projects. We have used them in a number of projects and have not been disappointed. We would highly recommend them for any Building Surveying services.

In March 2022 we required a private property Level 3 survey to be completed quickly to ensure a purchase was secured. The Bennington Green website clearly demonstrated the range of expertise we were seeking; a surveyor was quickly allocated. Matthew Merry spoke to us in detail before the survey, again immediately after the survey and was then generous with his time in discussing his report. The report itself was delivered quickly and was very comprehensive, identifying a number of issues which we would need to address. Following the completion of these services, Mr Merry was invaluable in resolving an historic omission in a building regulation certificate relating to the property, removing the uncertainty expressed by our solicitor at a critical stage in the purchase process. We might add that the reception and administration staff acted most professionally from the moment our first phone call was answered.
