We are looking for an intermediate or project level client side Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

The role will involve all stages of construction projects from initial inception through to final account and life cycle management.

We are looking for an experienced Clerk of Works to join our team. 

The candidate will work with our project teams on various new-build and refurbishment projects. The role will involve regular site inspections on predominantly residential developments, checking the contractor’s compliance with the contract drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and Building Warranty standards. The production of reports using tablet-based reporting systems will be required, following each visit. You will carry out snagging inspections before Practical Completion and issue lists of identified defects.

The candidate will ideally be from a technical or trade background and have a minimum of five years of experience in a construction role. A membership of the ICWCI (institute of Clerks of Works and Construction Inspectorate of GB Inc.) or equivalent, is also preferred but not essential.

This role will suit a Fire Protection Inspector or a Clerk of works. The candidate will be able to demonstrate good understanding to Approve document B (Part B) and BS9999 of building standards in the inspection.

We are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in central Bournemouth, Dorset. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years post qualification experience, the client facing role will suit a person able to work independently, and one who is able to work confidentially in an integrated team across a variety of sectors.
