We can carry out specific project audits and work on systems and improvements to give our clients a competitive advantage.

Bennington Green can offer auditing services of projects to ensure accurate forecasting and/or reporting of project costs and programme are achieved.  Our expertise ensures that we can quickly identify any false reporting and/or identify any potential risk not otherwise identified. Many of our clients have benefited from this external independent review of projects to identify areas of risk and to manage that out effectively.

We can also undertake Audits of existing systems and/or processes to maximise business efficiency and to ensure that the product out of these provides the business the data that it requires to make informed decisions. With our extensive knowledge of the industry, we understand the pressures and constraints and we can devise solutions to best manage these.

At Bennington Green, we are able to offer secondment staff supported and managed by our skilled senior technical staff. We are not a recruitment agency, we are much more than that. Each of our seconded people will be supported by Bennington Green and strategic direction will be provided along with client discussions to ensure that our people are doing the right thing for our client. We will ensure we are in regular contact with our clients and we can offer complementary services as required.

We are regularly appointed to provide commercial and/or technical staff to client or contracting organisations to supplement or replace existing arrangements.
