We are delighted to have been appointed as Joint Venture (JV) Supervisor for this exciting new phase of development. Working alongside Latimer Developments Limited and Bovis Homes Limited, this role sees us supporting the successful delivery of one of the South West’s most significant mixed-use communities.

Our team will oversee progress across the development, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency remain at the forefront while maintaining strong collaboration between all project partners.

This appointment reflects our continued involvement in large-scale residential projects and our commitment to delivering well-planned, sustainable neighbourhoods.
