Bennington Green were appointed by the building’s freehold management company to oversee the renewal of flat roofs, and other associated high-level repairs, to four detached residential blocks of flats in Swanage, with the planned work carried out over the course of a year.
A primary concern and focus for the management company was the cost for the work, so Bennington Green proactively worked with the client to procure a scheme which met the available budget whilst also providing a quality roofing system. Throughout the project we administered the contract and continued design support, keeping the client informed throughout on quality, progress, and costs to ensure all work was completed on time and within budget.
