Delivery of 645 dwellings on behalf L&Q from Berkeley Homes East Thames to be delivered across two phases.

Blocks KV3 D4 and D5 have been completed, with 110 units for Shared Ownership delivered to L&Q in 2021.

Another 75 Affordable Apartments and Houses were completed in 2022 with the delivery of the first 10 Affordable Houses.
