Associate / Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS)

Following continued growth and the expansion of our service offering, we are seeking an exceptional Associate or Senior Quantity Surveyor (PQS) to join our team in Woking. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly capable and motivated professional to take a senior client-facing role in a business known for delivering excellence, fostering strong client relationships, and developing talented people.

About the Role

As an Associate / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality professional consultancy services across a diverse portfolio of projects. You will work directly with our clients, manage instructions from inception to completion, support business development activity, and contribute to the leadership and development of team members. 

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys working closely with clients, and wants to progress their career within a modern, forward-thinking consultancy. Our clients include (amongst others) commercial & residential developers, local authorities, housing associations, schools, healthcare and defence institutions. The role will require an adaptable and experienced person to manage and deliver these diverse schemes and adapt to our differing client requirements.
