Delivery of a mixed-use scheme providing over 134,000sq/ft of commercial floor space comprising retail and restaurant use and a new multiplex cinema, set around a new public square.

The development comprises 527 private and affordable dwellings, including a 27 storey tower block, of which we were appointed to help deliver 216 apartments across 4 blocks.
