Extension and CAT A Refurbishment of the Basement, Ground Floor and Floors 1 to 6.

Works include to enlarge the reception area; reconfigure the floors; new cladding to front and rear elevations; a new mansard roof to provide new office floor; new roof terrace and projecting pods above the new entrance; and a new flexible Ground Floor retail unit.

The existing cores to be refurbished; new mechanical and electrical installations. The rear Courtyard is to be partially infilled to increase the floor plates from Ground to Fifth Floors and paving work to the front entrance.
