Erith Quarry is a Joint Venture between Andersons and L&Q to deliver the former Erith Quarry into 859 new house and apartments.

We were appointed on behalf of L&Q in 2016 to delivered the Affordable Dwellings on their behalf.

Initially 54 Houses for Shared Ownership were delivered across parcels 4 & 7 and another 200 dwellings delivered across 2023 and 2024.

In addition to acting as Employers Agent and  Clerk of Works for the delivery of the Affordable Housing, we are also appointed Quality Managers on behalf of the LLP to ensure the Private Dwellings are delivered to the highest quality.
