CAT A Office Refurbishment to Ground, 1st, 2nd and 3rd Floors with associated external works.

New shower and changing facilities, plus secure cycle storage were provided within the existing Basement Car Park area.

In addition we also managed the CAT B Fit Out of the 2nd and 3rd Floors for an incoming Tenant.
