Acting as Clerk of Works on behalf of London Borough of Waltham Forest on the delivery of the commercial elements on Taylor Wimpey Coronation Square Developments.

This includes the delivery of a new Leisure Centre, Public Square, Nursery, Health Hub, Residents Hall and various commercial units.
