Initial works comprised the internal modernization of a Second Floor Office wing in readiness to offer for Lease. The works incorporated removal of a safe vault and general uplift to the ceilings, walls and floor finishes
External works then proceeded to uplift the Front elevation and entrance location with a render application and canopy renewal scheme.
Finally, replacement of the South Wings ground floor window units was completed.
