Provided commercial advice to the Employer on the merits of the various Contractor claims and provided advice on the appropriate responses. The Contractor ultimately decided to progress the dispute to Adjudication and Bennington Green provided expert witness evidence on the quantum of the prolongation claim (circa £16m) and the quantum of a select group of changes (circa £4m). The dispute was particularly complex and involved multiple adjudications interfacing with all of the Employer’s existing team and the lawyers.
