Bennington Green were required to prepare a programme to incorporate the client’s timescales to complete this project in a very short period of time.  We prepared a programme identifying the order of demolition through to construction of independent studio, one and two bed apartments.  We also prepared a construction phase health & safety plan in order that the contractor could undertake the works safely and in accordance with the CDM 2015 Regulations.   We coordinated architectural, structural and M&E services in order to complete the project on time.

Bennington Green provided a review of the JCT 2011 Design & Build contract to ensure that the client was aware of potential clause penalties.

The project came in within budget.
