15 May COVID-19 Update
We would like to start by wishing you, your colleagues, and families well during these unprecedented times.
Further to the Government’s announcement on Sunday, we are pleased to confirm that we are now able to revert to offering our full suite of services. Whilst we have remained open over the past eight weeks, the services due to access complexities have unfortunately been limited.
We are delighted to advise that as of Monday 18th May, our services will resume, as long as it is safe for our clients and staff. We have put together a detailed and thorough procedure which all staff will be inducted on in readiness for next week. This will provide them with the necessary knowledge and PPE to minimise the risk to our clients and staff.
The outbreak of Coronavirus has imposed on us a new way of working. With our company systems being cloud-based, the transition to home working was a smooth process for us and we will continue to make the most of the technological advancements. For client/project meetings that are not required to be done on-site, we will be proposing virtual meetings in the short term. We will make the necessary arrangements to set the meetings up using either Microsoft Teams or Zoom. By the nature of the services we offer, we appreciate that virtual meetings will not always be possible.
Whilst our offices will be open as of next week, we will be practising social distancing measures and operate a strict no handshaking policy. We will also be adopting a flexible working approach as required.
