Bennington Green is a professional property and construction consultancy providing Project Management, Building Surveying, Quantity Surveying, Health & Safety, Dispute Resolution, Fire Protection, and other associated services to a wide and varied range of clients in both the public and private sector.

 

Our offices are located in Bournemouth, London, Southampton and Thatcham. We are determined and have a hands-on, flexible approach to consultancy, pulling out all the stops for our clients. To achieve this, we will need to continue to employ and retain the best people.

Senior Chartered Building Surveyor
Location: Bournemouth

Salary: competitive based upon experience and qualifications + benefits

We are looking for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor to join our team in central Bournemouth, Dorset. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years post qualification experience, the client facing role will suit a person able to work independently, and one who is able to work confidentially in an integrated team across a variety of sectors.

We are keen to receive applications from professional individuals (preferably qualified RICS, CIOB) who are eligible to work in the UK and can excel in demonstrating the following core attributes:

  • Communication and organisation
  • Leadership
  • Willingness to succeed and to take ownership
  • Commercial awareness
