Bennington Green Ltd is delighted to announce the acquisition of Mursell & Company, a Thatcham based consultancy practice, on 01st March 2020. The business was founded by Brian Mursell in 1993 and as such is of a similar age to Bennington Green Ltd. The practice has gained considerable experience and built an enviable reputation over the years working for a variety of public, commercial and private sectors clients. Culturally, Mursell & Co. are a very similar business and are staffed by a passionate team of professionals who are always keen to deliver the highest level of service

With an impressive track record of successfully completed projects in the education, retail, commercial, residential and industrial sectors, the acquisition of the business greatly adds to the professional capability of Bennington Green. Geographically it is also a perfect fit for our business as we focus on growth within the Thames Valley and M3/M4 corridor.

The integration into Bennington Green is moving at a pace as we introduce the Thatcham team to our business. There are many synergies between the two organisations and this has made the task straightforward, despite the challenging lock-down environment! We are currently retaining the brand identity of Mursell & Co. on a joint branded basis for the moment, to ensure that we make best use of the superb reputation that has been built, over the years.

Brian Mursell will continue to work as a consultant to the business in the short term to ensure a smooth handover with their existing clients and Bennington Green very much look forward to building upon these business relationships in the future.
